Return Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account.

Go to the “Complete Orders” section under the My Account menu.

Click the “Return Item(s)” button.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at admin@rugby-city.com with your order details. Exchanges are only offered for the same item.

- To ensure prompt delivery and tracking, we recommend placing a new order for any replacement items.
Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
